World Record Attempt Christmas Cracker Pulling Chain

A Big Thank You to everyone who took part in the Guinness World Record attempt for pulling the most Christmas Crackers in one single pull.

The record attempt was on the 17th December 2015 by Haybridge High School, Hagley, Worcestershire. The record is currently set at 798 and today they pulled 1050. That, we believe is a world record. Confirmation will be announced in early in 2016.

Thank you to, all of the Students, Teachers and Heads of Haybridge High School, BBC Hereford & Worcester, the Stewards who officially witnessed the attempt, the Mayor of Stourport on Severn, Mr Cliff Brewer and a special BIGTHANK YOU to Amanda Hopkins who organised and choreographed the whole event. Well done everyone, we were overwhelmed with your efforts and response to the challenge, the children and families of Crackerjacks Children's Trust will benefit from the £1100 raised today.

The official result by Guinness World Records, should be annouced in the new year.
