Crackerjacks Children's Trust is a dedicated registered charity working towards making a difference to the lives of children with a disability in your local area and across the UK. Our Mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their physical or cognitive challenges, has the opportunity to thrive within their community.
We supply essential specialist equipment to support a child and their family, sensory toys and heartfelt respite breaks that unite the family to make long-lasting memories. (To download an application, go to the Grant Application form tab, select downloads and choose the appropriate document.
We are inviting applications for a Respite Break
at "Meadow View" in the beautiful countryside of
Worcestershire, or at our new Access Rio Wilerby
Caravan, "Rays" Sunshine Respite
Holiday Home in Brean, North Somerset

Only original application documents can be accepted by post. We do not accept photocopies. A professional must sign doctor's letters, clinic letters, and NHS documents.
