OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Terry Bull
Co-founder/CEO.
Terry Bull, a father of five daughters and grandfather of four, was born in East London in 1961. Terry relocated to Kidderminster, Worcestershire in 1994 due to work commitments, where he successfully managed two large car rental companies.
Terry has worked in the charity fundraising sector for the last 30 years, during which time he has gained a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field, which he can offer and share with Crackerjacks and its trustees.
In 1997, Terry worked for eight years as an Area Manager for The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, a national children’s charity based in Halesowen, West Midlands. Terry headed the fundraising team and was responsible for raising vital funds to support young children with cancer.
In 2006, Terry became a Company Director where he formed and established a fundraising organisation called Feel Good Fundraising Limited. This organisation supported and worked alongside the national charity Momentum, a Brain Injury Centre in Birmingham. However, wanting to offer more in terms of supporting and funding children with disabilities, Feel Good Fundraising was dissolved, and Crackerjacks Children's Trust was born.
2011 Terry and John jointly formed Crackerjack’s Children’s Trust and became Co-founders. In this challenging new role, Terry's work allows him to oversee and administrate the running of the charity and its operations, and to work closely with the charity's families and support teams. He also offers help, support, and advice to the charity's beneficiaries and its Trustees, along with supplying outreach work. Terry is also a registered member of The Chartered Institute of Fundraisers.
In his spare time, Terry enjoys listening to classical music, spending time with family, his Grandchildren, and friends, and most recently, enjoying his new park home in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire with his wife, Lin.

John Bacon
Co-founder
Recently retired, John from East London was one of our co-founders, who has been involved in charity work since 2006, when he was a Company Director with Feel Good Fundraising Limited for six years. Feel Good supported and worked alongside the national charity, Momentum, a Brain Injury Centre located in Birmingham; however, wanting to offer more by supporting and funding children with disabilities, Feel Good Fundraising was dissolved, and Crackerjacks Children's Trust was formed.
In 2011, John and Terry achieved their ambitions to personally involve themselves in a children’s charity that would help children with disabilities. They founded Crackerjacks Children's Trust in March 2012. John's expertise in accounts and I.T., along with his management skills, became very useful to the charity's day-to-day running.
In March 2023, John retired and is very much missed, but he still remains Co-founder of Crackerjacks Children's Trust and shows his support where possible..
