Crackerjacks Children's Trust work on an application basis for grants supplying specialist equipment, sensory toys and respite breaks. Below are the grant applications available to download. Application forms must be handwritten and posted to us along with an original supporting letter. For specialist equipment/sensory toys you must also attach two quotes for the item you are applying for. For a respite break, you need to complete the Terms and Conditions document to go with your application form. Electronic documentation is not acceptable and would lead to your application not being processed.
