Crackerjacks have fulfilled a grant for Alfie, a little boy in Sussex. Alfie has neurological hemiplegic episodes which leave him unable to walk/talk/see and these have a huge impact on his life.

Mum says: ‘We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at the charity for the very generous donation of Alfie’s wall bed. Previously when recovering, Alfie had to stay down stairs due to the lack of space in his room for his wheelchair. Now thanks to his new retractable wall bed, we are able to put the bed up which leaves him with plenty of space for his chair to manoeuvre. Thanks to this Alfie can now have his privacy while recovering and also enjoy being surrounded by the comforts of his bedroom. This has made a huge difference to our whole family and has greatly improved Alfie’s quality of life. We are so grateful for the charity and to everyone who donated and made this possible.’
