After a fantastic week of events during May 2018 Crackerjacks are pleased to announce that they will be hosting another Disability Awareness week in May 2019
We were so impressed in how the community, schools, media and local organisations got involved with the weeks activities that we felt it would be a good idea to hold another but this time bigger.
The Awareness Week will kick off on Friday Night 17th May 2019 with a themed party night to be held at the Kidderminster Harriers Social Club, followed by a full week of activities across Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley.
Events for the week will include, School Disco's, Dress Up Dress Down day, Cake Baking, Film Nights, Sponsored Walks, Face Painting, ZumbaThon, The Fundraising Fifty Awards Ceremony, Best Foot Forward Event, Fancy Dress Days, and many more. The week will conclude with a finale outside Kidderminster Town Hall with Music, Street Acts, Disney Characters and a visit from The Mayor of Kidderminster.
If you would like to support Crackerjacks in supporting differently able children or would like to organize your own event, please contact our office on 0300 124 0122 to sign up and register. Registration will be available from January 14th 2019.
More information will be published early in 2019, so please keep a look out on our website.
